Keypoint Consultancy is a consultancy firm which specializes in traffic and transport. The Keypoint advisor surprises the client on a regular basis by proposing unusual alternatives and solutions that are appropriate for the organization and fit within the client's company culture.

Keypoint is experienced in the fields of policy development, traffic engineering consultancy and project/process management. We offer integrated, multidisciplinary advice and achievable solutions. We gladly prove this and therefore we are able to carry out recommended solutions under our supervision. The development of ICT (Information Communication Technology) provides for innovative solutions. Especially our activities in MobIT (Mobility Information Technology) are a prime example, with projects in Dynamic Traffic Management (DTM), Dynamic Travel Information Services (DTIS) and parking systems.

Traffic and transportation projects are the primary activities within our company. However, Keypoint Consultancy does not focus on all traffic and transportation projects. We have chosen to specialize in the following domains:

• Traffic infrastructure
• Mobility Information Technology (MobIT)

Within these domains Keypoint focuses on the entire policy cycle. Our mix of expertise in both public administration as well as civil engineering is very useful. That's why Keypoint is often asked to assist in all phases of the policy cycle: preparation, implementation and evaluation. Keypoint not only has content based expertise in all the mentioned domains, but also acts as process/project manager. In this role we can manage and guide other specialized consultancy firms as well. This way we can make use of all the specialized knowledge you need!

For research projects we can also cooperate with the Centre for Transport Studies (CTS). The CTS is the education and research group specialized in traffic and transport at the University of Twente.
